Inspirien Business Continuity Update – COVID-19
March 2020
As uncertainty continues around COVID-19, we know you are counting on us more than ever to maintain our steadfast commitment to service. We have a plan in place for continuity of business operations while still protecting the health and well-being of our customers, members, partners, employees, and all of our families.
Given our robust remote resources, employees will be working from home. Over the past couple of years Inspirien has implemented business continuity policies that support flexible work arrangements, including the ability to work remotely. Cloud-based software, a phone system with call forwarding and recording capabilities, and remote access to our local computer servers are just a few examples of technology that allow us to continue serving you with consistency.
While many of you depend on onsite support from our risk and loss control consultants, it is important that we adhere the CDC’s guidance for everyone’s protection. If you have a meeting with your Risk Consultant scheduled for March, April or May, your Risk Consultant will contact you regarding the best way to connect remotely or reschedule when it is safe for an in-person visit. We remain committed to supporting you through phone or video chat so please continue to lean on us as an extension of your team. Please know that we will be researching the latest information on COVID-19 and leveraging the latest in communication tools to get this information to you.
We also maintain a close working relationship with many other partners. Similarly, we will leverage the tools available to ensure there is no business interruption during this time.
We appreciate your patience and support and look forward to our continued partnership.
