Since joining the organization in 2014, she has created a dynamic organization that has resulted in year over year growth. Margaret's passion for creating a nimble structure within a living value system helps empower employees with the knowledge and confidence needed to achieve success for Inspirien. Her vision for transforming risk coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit is opening business lines, new markets and new categories of excellence at Inspirien.

Margaret has over 20 years of insurance industry experience ranging from mid-size to Fortune 500 companies. She attributes her passion for new business ventures, excitement for new product development and "start-up mentality" to her earliest experience working at a family-owned business.

Margaret holds a bachelor's degree from St. Louis Universtiy where she learned, "Higher Purpose. Greater Good" and a master's degree in business administration from Fontbonne University where she learned to "Soar Higher." She is a strong advocate for building the leader in each person and knocking down the traditional hierarchy that exists in business. She serves on many industry and non-profit boards, because she believes in giving back to the community.
