We love our customers!
It’s been two years since we last attended this conference. So much has happened since we last met. It was amazing just to be “present” with our customers. I say customers, but they are so much more than that; they are our community leaders and friends! We shared a few laughs and, of course, listened to the many pain points they were feeling. As business leaders and patients, we all have to be there to support the kind of healthcare we want and need for the future. Inspirien remains committed to lending that kind of support.
The problems are real … how do we partner with them to innovate for a better future?
AlaHA brought a great group of speakers to discuss everything from financials to staffing. By the way, there are plenty of post covid problems to discuss in all industries, but they seem incredibly daunting in healthcare.
On the bright side, it’s often a crisis that drives innovation. For example, the first steps toward the invention of the computers we know today happened during World War II, with the Turing Machine helping decipher enemy codes. This machine is considered one of the earliest iterations of the modern computer. Look at us now in a world that revolves around computers. And not just desktops, but mobility in the form of tablets and smartphones. These tools are essential in our personal lives and the successful operation of businesses worldwide.
The moral of the story … the way healthcare is transacted today is bound to evolve. Current pressures are creating an unsustainable situation for many in the healthcare vertical. Considering something different is challenging because we’re accustomed to how it’s always been done. Even if we don’t love it, it’s what we know. It’s time to shake the tree and figure out a better way.
